The pilot is free

Nothing is charged while the product is in its pilot. Before anything is charged for, we will send you the new terms and the price. Nothing is charged unless your firm agrees to them.

A professional reviews every result

The product is in its pilot, and we make no promise that a result it produces is right.

A qualified professional at your firm must review every result and every report before it is used or filed. The professional who signs a report is responsible for it.

Your data stays yours

The laboratory files and everything else your firm puts in the product belong to your firm. We use them only to run the product for you. We do not sell them, share them, or use them for anything else.

We look at your data only to fix a problem you report, and only after you say we may.

Keep your sign-in to yourself

Each person at your firm signs in as themselves. Do not share a password. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has used your account.

Either side can stop at any time

Your firm can stop using the product at any time, and so can we.

When your firm asks, we delete its data within 30 days and tell you when it is done. Copies in our backups are deleted as those backups expire.

If something goes wrong

The product is provided as it is, during a free pilot. As far as the law allows, Koyna Systems is not liable for any loss that comes from using it, including a result that turns out to be wrong.

When these terms change

We will email every administrator at your firm at least 30 days before a change takes effect.
